Native & Co. Terms of Service

This website is operated by Native & Co., a brand of Native Property Experts LLC ("Native & Co.," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are. Native & Co. is a western gift and apparel shop. We are a brand of Native Property Experts LLC. You can reach us at nativecoboutique@gmail.com.

2. What we sell and how we fill orders. We sell products made by other brands. We order each item from the brand after you place your order, and it takes about 2 to 5 weeks from your order date to reach you. Your order confirmation email shows the estimated delivery window. We receive items ourselves, check them, repack them and ship them to you. Orders with several items may ship in more than one package, and you pay shipping once.

3. Product information. We try to show colors, sizes and photos accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee exact color. We repeat material, size and origin details only as a brand gives them to us in writing. We may correct or update a description at any time.

4. Pricing and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change. Items ordered from the brand depend on the brand having stock. If a brand cannot supply an item after you order, we will cancel that item and refund you in full. We will not send a different item unless you agree to it first.

5. Orders and acceptance. An order confirmation email means we received your order. It is not our final acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, an address problem, suspected fraud or an availability problem. If we cancel, we refund anything you paid.

6. Payment and taxes. Payment is due at checkout and is charged when you place the order. We collect sales tax where required.

7. Shipping. See our Shipping Policy. We ship within the United States only. Delivery dates are estimates. If we expect to miss the ship date shown for your order, we will email you before that date with a new date and a free option to cancel for a full refund, as described in the Shipping Policy.

8. Cancellations, returns and final sale. Cancellations, delays, returns, final sale items, exchanges and wrong or damaged items are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. If these terms and the Refund Policy differ, the Refund Policy applies.

9. What "Native" means. "Native" is the name of our company and its family of businesses. It does not mean our products are Native American-made, and we do not sell or describe any item as Native American-made. Some items have southwestern-style designs.

10. Intellectual property. The site's text, logos and design belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Brand names, logos and artwork on items we resell belong to their owners, and we do not claim to be affiliated with or endorsed by them.

11. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site, try to get unauthorized access, interfere with it, or submit false information or false payment details.

12. Reviews and messages. If you send us a review or message, you give us permission to use it to run and promote the store. We only publish reviews from real buyers and we do not pay for or edit reviews to change their meaning.

13. Third-party links and services. The site may link to or rely on other companies' services (for example Shopify and payment providers). Their terms and policies apply to their services.

14. Disclaimer. We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

15. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order, including shipping. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.
