Information we collect

• You give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you enter one at checkout, order details, and anything you write to us.
• Collected automatically: device and browser type, pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, and cart activity. We collect this with cookies and similar tools that our store platform and analytics tools use.
• Payment details: card numbers are handled by our payment processors. We do not see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To take, fill, ship and support your orders, including sending order confirmations, tracking and delay notices.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To send marketing emails if you sign up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and we honor unsubscribes promptly.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Text messages. We do not currently send marketing text messages and we do not collect phone numbers for marketing. If that changes, we will ask for your clear consent first and update this policy.

Who we share it with. We share information only with companies that help us run the store, and only what they need: our store platform (Shopify, including Shop Pay if you use it), payment processors, shipping carriers such as USPS, email and analytics tools, and advertising platforms if we use their pixels (see Cookies and ads). We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect against fraud or abuse. We do not sell your personal information. When we order an item from a brand, we have it sent to us, not to you, so we do not send your name or address to the brands we buy from.

Cookies and ads. We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure traffic and, if we run ads, to measure whether ads work and to show our ads to people who visited the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the cart may not work without them. You can also use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the site footer where it is offered.

How long we keep it. We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting, returns and disputes, and other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Security. We use our store platform's security tools and limit who can see order information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights. You can email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop marketing. We may need to confirm it is really you before we act. Residents of some states have additional rights under their state's law, and we will honor valid requests. We will not treat you worse for making a request.

Children. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Links to other sites. Other sites have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for them.

Changes. We may update this policy. The version posted here applies.
